Natalie Merchant brings the music of her latest album, the self-titled 2014 Nonesuch release, and more on the road as she performs a number of North American concerts in the coming months. She begins this run of shows at Kean University in Union, New Jersey, on Saturday, followed by shows in New York, Connecticut, Colorado, and Virginia, and culminating in two shows at Koerner Hall in Toronto in May.

Natalie Merchant brings the music of her latest album, the 2014 self-titled Nonesuch release, and favorite songs from throughout her storied career, on the road as she performs a number of North American concerts in the coming months. Merchant begins this run of shows in Enlow Recital Hall at Kean University in Union, New Jersey, this Saturday night, followed by shows in upstate New York, Connecticut, Colorado, and Virginia, and culminating in two shows—a Friday evening performance and a Saturday morning family concert—at Koerner Hall in Toronto.     Cécile McLorin Salvant's acclaimed 2023 album, Mélusine, was released one year ago this week. To mark the occasion, we're sharing live performances of four songs from the album made at Oberlin College and Conservatory, starting with "Dites moi que je suis belle," featuring Weedie Braimah on djembe, followed by "Le temps est assassin" with Sullivan Fortner on piano and "Fenestra" and "Dame Iseut" with both Fortner and Braimah.
