Punch Brothers to Tour UK in November

Punch Brothers 2012 by Danny Clinch Punch Brothers, following a month of US and European festival sets, have now announced that they will return to Europe this November. The band will make a run of dates then, beginning with the previously announced show at Open House Festival at Empire Music Hall in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on November 5, followed by several headline stops in the UK including shows in Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and London, as well as festival sets in the Netherlands and Belgium for Crossing Border Festival. Tickets for all shows are on sale now. See below for the full list of dates; for additional details and ticket links, head to nonesuch.com/on-tour.

A last-minute reminder to fans in Los Angeles: Chris Thile is playing two solo shows this Wednesday night, August 1, at Largo at the Coronet. While the 8 PM show is now sold out, tickets for the 10 PM show are still available here. Later this year, Thile returns to Los Angeles with the whole band to perform at the Luckman on December 1.

Next week, Punch Brothers return to Australia with dates in Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide for the International Guitar Festival. Tickets are running low for the Melbourne and Sydney shows, so be sure to grab yours now. Tickets for the North American fall tour are on sale now. Joining the band for many of these dates are Tom Brosseau and The Milk Carton Kids.

Stay tuned for additional European dates to be added soon.
