    Chris Thile had a few familiar faces—and voices—join him as guests on Live From Here broadcast from Los Angeles last weekend. Nickel Creek—Thile, Sara Watkins, and Sean Watkins—reunited to perform "21st of May" and Sam Phillips's "Where Is Love Now?" from their album A Dotted Line, plus the instrumental "Scotch and Chocolate."     The Grammy Award–winning, multi-platinum selling trio Nickel Creek—Chris Thile (mandolin/vocals), Sara Watkins (fiddle/vocals), and Sean Watkins (guitar/vocals)—officially reunites for the first time since its 2007 self-described “indefinite hiatus” with a US tour this spring and summer, with shows in Nashville, New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago, and Oakland, as well as at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. A limited ticket pre-sale will begin Tuesday, February 4, at 10 AM local time at nickelcreek.com. Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, February 7.     Sara Watkins has unveiled the video for "You and Me," a song off her album Sun Midnight Sun. The video was directed by Russ Kendall of Kaleidoscope Pictures from the BYUtv series The Song That Changed My Life and premiered on CMT yesterday. "Sara Watkins lingers in a citrus orchard savoring a sweet memory for part of her latest video, 'You and Me," says CMT Edge. "The song ... features a gentle pop melody paired with Watkins’ breathy, restless vocals." Watch it here.

    Sara Watkins will join Garrison Keillor and the cast of A Prairie Home Companion on tour this summer for the Radio Romance Tour. In July and August, Watkins will join for the Northeast leg of their tour plus three shows in Michigan. Watkins joined Keillor and crew on their inaugural Summer Love tours in 2010 and 2011 and has been one of the most frequent guest artists on the Prairie Home Companion radio show. She recently performed "You and Me," off her album Sun Midnight Sun, for CMT Edge; watch it here.

    Sara Watkins launches a three-week headlining tour of the US at the Red Clay Theatre in Duluth, Georgia, tonight. The 18-city tour includes stops in Louisville, Cincinnati, Ann Arbor, Madison, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and more. Watkins will also make a two-week spring tour of the West Coast in May, performing newly announced shows in Arizona, California, Oregon, and Washington. This summer, she will join Jackson Browne as special guest on his Acoustic Tour, picking up where they left off on their fall 2012 tour together.

    Sara Watkins, who closes out her tour of the UK and Ireland this week, has announced a three-week US tour for March. The 15-city tour starts in Duluth, Georgia, and includes stops in Louisville, Cincinnati, Ann Arbor, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and more. Additionally, Watkins will join her brother Sean and special guests for the latest installment of the Watkins Family Hour at Largo in Los Angeles on February 28.

    Singer/songwriter/fiddle player Sara Watkins launches a tour of the UK and Ireland tonight in support of her acclaimed new album Sun Midnight Sun, which was released by Nonesuch Records in May. The two-week, 13-city tour begins in Sheffield, England, tonight and includes a show at London’s Lexington on Wednesday, January 30, as well as a set at the Celtic Connections festival in Glasgow this Saturday, January 26.

The tour, which began this summer with shows throughout July and August, picked up again with a concert at West Virginia University on Monday and continues through November 18 with a concert in Northridge, California, to benefit 88.5 KCSN FM. In December, Watkins leads a headline tour of the West Coast with Aoife O'Donovan.

    The first video from Sara Watkins’ acclaimed album, Sun Midnight Sun, for “When It Pleases You,” received its premiere via CMT.com. “When It Pleases You” was written by Dan Wilson, and the song’s video is directed by Peter Zavadil. Watch the video here. Watkins will be a presenter at the Americana Music Awards at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium tonight before returning to the road, playing several headlining shows and also joining Jackson Browne as a special guest throughout the fall.
