Lake Street Dive stopped by the studio of Minnesota Public Radio's The Current, 89.3 FM, while in St. Paul to perform a sold-out show at the Palace Theater last night. They spoke with host Mac Wilson about the new album Free Yourself Up and performed three songs from it: "Good Kisser," "Hang On," and "Doesn't Even Matter Now." You can watch video of the first two performances below and listen to the complete session at thecurrent.org. (The Current had just completed counting down its members 893 essential songs for its membership drive, and coming in at No. 2 was Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody," which Lake Street Dive memorably put its own spin on in a 2015 video.)

To pick up a copy of Free Yourself Up, head to your local record store, iTunes, Amazon, Lake Street Dive's shop, and the Nonesuch Store, where CD and vinyl orders include a download of the complete album at checkout. You can also listen to the album on Spotify and Apple Music.
