Björk: Mutual Core
Björk’s music video for "Mutual Core," from her album Biophilia, directed by LA filmmaker Andrew Thomas Huang, premiered on MOCAtv, an online contemporary art video channel from The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (MOCA).His work has been honored at the Cannes Lions Saatchi&Saatchi New Directors Showcase and was awarded the Special Jury Prize for Experimental Short at the Slamdance Film Festival. The Guardian describes "Mutual Core" as “the world’s first song about tectonic plates set to a ravey mesh of bleeps and whooshes.” Here are some stills from the "Mutual Core" video. Bjork: "Hollow"
Björk's album Biophilia explores a number of scientific concepts, including crystalline structures, lunar phases, viruses, and, in the song "Hollow," DNA. For this "Hollow" video, says NPR, "Björk has collaborated with biomedical animator Drew Berry to create a partly-scientific representation of the haunting song."

Björk Unveils Biophilia at New York Hall of Science
Björk brings the music of her album Biophilia to NYC for a ten-show residency, including six shows at the New York Hall of Science in Queens (pictured here on opening night) and four at Roseland in Manhattan. The intimate shows are performed in the round, with no audience member more than a few yards from the stage, and feature a set of custom-made musical instruments, the award-winning Icelandic female choir Graduale Nobili, musicians Manu Delago and Zeena Parkins, and visuals from the Biophilia Apps with app developer Max Weisel performing on stage.

The video for Björk's "Thunderbolt," off her album Biophilia, was shot at the world premiere of the live Biophilia show at the 2011 Manchester International Festival.

Bjork: "Crystalline"
The video for Björk's "Crystalline," off her Biophilia album, was directed by groundbreaking director and longtime Björk collaborator Michel Gondry. The Los Angeles Times calls the video "gorgeous." Stereogum calls it "eye popping." SPIN says that for all the pair's unforgettable collaborations, this "may be their most visually striking one yet."

Recorded live in Paris during Björk's Volta tour, "Declare Independence," is part of the concert film available in the CD+DVD and deluxe versions of Voltaic, the multimedia celebration of that tour.
