Kronos Quartet Records with Joan Jeanrenaud

Kronos Quartet was joined by the group's former cellist Joan Jeanrenaud to record contemporary Russian composer Vladimir Martynov's Schubert-Quintet (Unfinished). The recording is featured on the Quartet's January 2012 Nonesuch album, Music of Vladimir Martynov, which also includes two additional pieces, all three written for Kronos. These photographs were captured at the recording session and rehearsals.
