Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, fresh off their second consecutive GRAMMY win for Best Bluegrass Album last week, for City of Gold, have announced their "Down the Rabbit Hole" US tour this spring and summer. The dates begin April 18 and run through June with stops in Atlanta, Memphis, Milwaukee, Detroit, Houston, Phoenix, Omaha, St. Louis, and more. The new shows follow the band’s Big Ears Festival set next month and coincide with stops at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Telluride Bluegrass Festival.

When Molly Tuttle was back home in the Bay Area in December to perform four sold-out shows with her band Golden Highway at the Guild Theatre, she spoke with Anne Makovec of Bay Area CBS station KPIX in celebration of the GRAMMY nomination for Best Bluegrass Album for City of Gold. They stopped by Gryphon String Instruments in Palo Alto, joined by Molly's dad, music teacher and multi-instrumentalist Jack Tuttle, to talk about her formative time there. You can watch it here.

Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway have released a live performance video of "Where Did All the Wild Things Go?,” a song from their Grammy-nominated new album, City of Gold, filmed at Sound Emporium Studio A in Nashville, where the album was made. "When I wrote [the song] with Ketch Secor, I couldn’t wait to play it live with my band," Tuttle says. "Since then it’s become one of my favorite songs to perform because it gives everyone the chance to let loose and have a little fun. Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway made their Austin City Limits debut on PBS stations across the US over the weekend. “This is something I've dreamed of for so long,” Tuttle says. “I've been watching Austin City Limits since I was a little kid.” She and the band performed four songs from their acclaimed new album, City of Gold and two from their 2021 Grammy-winning debut album, Crooked Tree. Congratulations to Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, who won three IBMA Bluegrass Music Awards at the ceremony hosted by Tuttle and Ketch Secor in Raleigh, North Carolina, last night. Tuttle and the band took home the Album of the Year Award for their debut album, Crooked Tree (which won the Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album), and Song of the Year for that album’s title track, written by Tuttle and Melody Walker, and Tuttle was named Female Vocalist of the Year, which she won last year as well. Tuttle and the band perform at IBMA World of Bluegrass on Saturday.

Molly Tuttle and Golden Highway have announced a US East Coast "Next Rodeo" tour for November, with stops in Brooklyn, Burlington, Albany, Portland, Boston, DC, and more. These follow their recently announced West Coast "Road to El Dorado" run in October, with stops at Portland, Seattle, Boise, Salt Lake City, and Denver, and more.
