Congratulations to Pat Metheny, who will receive the PRS for Music Gold Award at the Jazz FM Awards in London next Monday. He was named a 2018 NEA Jazz Master last week. Metheny begins a European tour in late June and tours North America in August and September.

Congratulations to Pat Metheny, who will receive the PRS for Music Gold Award at the Jazz FM Awards this year. The ceremony will take place at Shoreditch Town Hall in London on Monday, April 30.

Metheny was celebrated as one of four 2018 NEA Jazz Masters in a tribute concert at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC, last week. You can read his acceptance speech here.

Pat Metheny begins a European tour with several stops in Portugal in late June, followed by shows in Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and France. He returns to North America to tour in August and September. For details and tickets, visit nonesuch.com/on-tour.
