Spoleto Festival USA has announced the lineup for its 2026 edition, taking place in venues throughout Charleston, South Carolina, May 22–June 7, 2026, including performaces at the College of Charleston Cistern Yard from Punch Brothers, Yasmin Williams, Molly Tuttle, and Emmylou Harris.

Punch Brothers are first among the Nonesuch artists to perform this year, kicking things off on Sunday, May 24. The band's latest album, Hell on Church Street, is a reimagining of, and homage to, the late bluegrass great Tony Rice’s landmark solo album Church Street Blues, featuring an inspired collection of songs by Bob Dylan, Gordon Lightfoot, Bill Monroe, and others.

Yasmin Williams is next, performing at the Cistern Yard a week later, with fellow guitarist William Tyler, opening for Mountain Goats on Sunday, May 31. Williams's Nonesuch debut album, Acadia, her most sonically expansive work to date, is nine original, mostly instrumental tracks written and produced by Williams, and features her on various guitars, banjo, calabash drum, tap shoes, and kora. Songlines calls her “an original, a genuine trailblazer, one of those rare musicians who challenges your preconceptions about the possible.”

Molly Tuttle performs on Thursday, June 4. Tuttle's new solo album, So Long Little Miss Sunshine, recorded in Nashville with producer Jay Joyce, is a hybrid of pop, country, rock, and flat-picking, plus a murder ballad. It's up for two GRAMMY Awards this year: Best Americana Album and Best Americana Performance for the track "That's Gonna Leave a Mark."

Finally, Emmylou Harris performs at the Cistern Yard on Friday, June 5. Harris, who kicks off her European Farewell Tour in Glasgow and Dublin this weekend, last performed at Spoleto in 2015 with Rodney Crowell following the release of their second Nonesuch duo album, The Traveling Kind.

Also taking part in the festival this year is filmmaker Ken Burns, who celebrates America's 250th birthday with an event at the College of Charleston Sottile Theater on Wednesday, May 27. It will be part concert, part conversation of his latest film, The American Revolution, and more. Nonesuch Records has released soundtracks to three of Burns's films: Leonardo da Vinci (2024), Baseball (1994), and The Civil War (1990).
