    Amadou & Mariam performed songs from their new album, Folila—which Relix calls "a funky, intricate and richly textured record"—in A Room for London, a one-bedroom riverboat lodged atop the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London, last Wednesday as part of the Sounds from a Room series. You can now watch the nearly 40-minute set here, via the Guardian.

    Sara Watkins performed "When It Pleases You," off her new album, Sun Midnight Sun, on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on CBS last Thursday. In case you missed it or want to see it again, you can watch the performance here. Watkins and fellow Nonesuch artist Shawn Colvin joined Garrison Keillor and the cast of A Prairie Home Companion for the show this weekend, now available online. Watkins performs "You and Me" and "Take Up Your Spade" off the new album; Colvin plays "Change Is on the Way," off her new album, All Fall Down.

    Watch: Lianne La Havas Unveils Video for "Is Your Love Big Enough?," Debut Album's Title Track

    Lianne La Havas, whose debut album, Is Your Love Big Enough?, will be released in the US on August 7 via Nonesuch Records, has unveiled the video for the album's title track. "Lianne La Havas has pipes, and she’s taken her soulful show on the road," says MTV Iggy. "That’s the takeaway from her latest music video, for 'Is Your Love Big Enough,' which Lianne shot with her bandmates while they were on tour in Europe. Highlights: unbelievable footwear, reckless bowling moves, and beatific audiences. All to the sound of Lianne asking 'Is your love/Big enough for what’s to come?' If it’s more of this, then yes, totally." Watch it here.

    Watch: Björk Awarded Artist of the Year Webby

    Congratulations to Björk, who received the Artist of the Year Award at the 16th Annual Webby Awards in a ceremony in New York City last night. The Webbys honor excellence on the Internet. Björk's latest album, Biophilia, was also released as a suite of Apps, with a dedicated App for each song on the album. She was introduced last night by Scott Snibbe, who led the team of Biophilia App developers. All Webby winners are kept to five-word acceptance speeches; you can watch Björk's in the video coverage here.

    Punch Brothers pick up their US tour again at Appalachian Uprising in Ohio on June 2, one of a number of festival dates ahead in the US and Europe, in addition to their own headline shows. In duo news, Noam Pikenly performs at the Brooklyn Folk Fest tonight with guitarist Michael Daves, who joins Chris Thile at the Ryman next month. During a recent stop in Nashville, Punch Brothers performed two songs off their new album, Who's Feeling Young Now? at Lightning 100: "Patchwork Girlfriend" and "Movement and Location."     Timothy Andres's I Found It by the Sea was featured in the closing-night concert of the Look and Listen Festival in NYC this week, performed with ACME. The piece "draws on a huge range of styles," says the New York Times. "Mr. Andres is a fine pianist, and he wrote himself a dazzling solo line. His quartet writing is equally rich." Andres performs a solo recital at NYC's (Le) Poisson Rouge later this month and makes his London debut at Wigmore Hall June 8. Earlier this year, he spoke with the new-music blog I Care If You Listen about his debut album, Shy and Mighty, and performed his piece At the River. Watch both here.

    Punch Brothers performed "Movement and Location," the opening track off their new album, Who's Feeling Young Now?, on Later ... with Jools Holland, which aired Friday night on BBC Two. They also helped inaugurate Garden & Gun's new web series, The Back Porch Sessions, performing The Band's "The Weight" at the magazine's office. Watch both performances here. The band resumes its US tour at the Appalachian Uprising on June 2.

    Carolina Chocolate Drops’ video for the track “Country Girl,” after rating as one of the most-watched music videos on CMT.com following its premiere last week, will air throughout this week on CMT’s High 5 Countdown. The show airs on CMT at 11 AM ET/PT Monday through Friday, and the video can still be viewed online. “Country Girl” appears on the Grammy-winning band’s new album, Leaving Eden.

    Dr. John's video for the track "Revolution," which premiered yesterday on NPR, is now available via Dr. John's YouTube channel. The song is from the New Orleans legend's universally-lauded collaboration with The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach, Locked Down. Directed by Reid Long, the video offers a behind-the-scenes look at Dr. John's recent three weekend residency at BAM. NPR calls it "three and a half minutes of horn-laden rock that are simultaneously relaxed and tightly wound." Watch the video here.
