I never received my confirmation e-mail after ordering/registering/shipment.

Please check your Spam box — 99% of the time, that’s the culprit. It’s also possible that you entered the wrong email address. If you still have problems, go back to the store, navigate to the “Contact Us” page, and shoot us an email.

My product is past its estimated delivery date, and still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Yikes! First, check your order confirmation to make sure the product is not a pre-order or on backorder. If it’s past the delivery estimation date, please go back to the store, navigate to the “Contact Us” page, and shoot us an email. Make sure to include your order number so our team can help you out more quickly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We are not accepting cash, checks or money orders at this time.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Our transactions are PCI compliant, which means we adhere to the strictest security standards related to credit card transactions online. In fact, your credit card information is never even stored on our servers — we leave that to the transaction experts at Cybersource and PayPal.

How will the transaction show on my credit card statement?

The transaction will show as "Warner Elektra Atlantic, New York NY."

Do you charge sales tax on every item?

Sometimes. We usually do not charge sales tax on digital-only orders, depending on current tax laws. We do, however, charge appropriate sales tax on physical products, based on your shipping destination and our own company’s tax nexus. Yeah, too much information. But you asked!

How Do You Calculate Shipping?

Customer shipping costs will be based on the order value. For orders shipping within the United States, if the order value (total of all products) is below $30.00, then the customer will pay $4 for standard shipping; for US orders over $30.00, shipping is FREE. See below for additional details on US shipping and international shipping rates.
