Björk Unveils New "Comet Song" Video for "Moomins" Film
Björk, ever the multifaceted artist, has co-written a new song with Icelandic poet Sjón for the new, animated Finnish children's film Moomins and the Comet Chase, based on the children's book series by Tove Jansson and the animated television series from the 1970s. The track, titled "The Comet Song," is coming soon to the iTunes US store, with proceeds from track sales going to support UNICEF's efforts to aid children in Pakistan.

Moomins and the Comet Chase stars the vocal talents of Max von Sydow, Stellan Skarsgård, and his son, True Blood's Alexander Skarsgård. Björk attended the Helsinki premiere of the film with her daughter on August 2.
