David Byrne and the cast of American Utopia helped open The Tony Awards Present: Broadway's Back! on CBS last night with a performance of the Talking Heads' "Burning Down the House," a favorite from the Broadway production. You can watch it here. The show had received a special award at the Tony Awards ceremony earlier in the evening. David Byrne and the cast of American Utopia helped open The Tony Awards Present: Broadway's Back! on CBS last night with a performance of the classic Talking Heads song "Burning Down the House," a favorite from the Broadway production. You can watch it below. The show had received a special award at the Tony Awards ceremony hosted by Audra McDonald on Paramount+ earlier in the evening.

The cast album for the critically acclaimed Broadway production of David Byrne’s American Utopia includes songs from his 2018 album, American Utopia, along with music from Talking Heads and Byrne’s solo career. Byrne shares the spotlight with a diverse ensemble of eleven musical artists from around the globe for an event that delivers "an experience unlike anything else," says Billboard.     The Black Keys Secure No. 1 Current Rock Album, Current Alternative Album with 'Ohio Players'

    The Black Keys have secured the No. 1 Current Rock Album and No. 1 Current Alternative Album in US sales following the release of their new album, Ohio Players, last week. The album also is the highest debut of the week on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums Chart and Top Alternative Albums Chart, at No. 5 on both charts, and has reached No. 4 on Overall Current Album sales and No. 26 on the Billboard 200. Internationally, Ohio Players is the band’s sixth consecutive top 20 album in the UK, as well as top 20 in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, and Switzerland, among others.
